I grew up in Antigua, where it regularly 25-35 degrees C with 80+% humidity. London earlier this week was about the same temp but felt hellish if you had to go anywhere. Great sitting with a pint outside, horrid walking 15 mins from hotel to the office.

London at 30 degrees feels more uncomfortable than New York at 40. Hardly anywhere has AC. If they do, it gets quickly overwhelmed. Humidity, transit, our wardrobes all make this worse.
