“Ras Al Ghul” is an Arabic name - رأس الغول, “Ras” means head

The proper pronunciation is Ra-As, Ras is a good approximation (and also the colloquial way used in many dialects)

It’s not “Raz” or “Raish”. Sorry everyone!
