今年もやります！台湾防空演習！
今年はなんと！！日本人旅行者が殺到しそうなお盆休みの時期に行われてしまいます。。。
なので、お盆休みに台湾へ行く日本人は、以下の項目を丸暗記して下さい。周囲に台湾旅行予定者がいたら教えてあげて下さい。
これ、けっこう笑い事じゃないので。

①防空演習とは
中国軍による空襲やミサイル攻撃などの有事を想定し、台湾政府が毎年実施している全土規模の軍事避難訓練習です。いつもは「萬安演習」というのですが、今年は民間の避難訓練も兼ねてるらしく、名前が「城鎮韌性防空演習」と変わっています。

②何するの？
サイレンが鳴ったら屋外への外出は一切禁止です。サイレンが鳴ると一瞬で誰もいなくなり、町がゴーストタウンに。

③どうしたらいいの？
・歩行中・バイク運転中：サイレンが鳴ったら1秒でも早く建物の中に入る。回りの人についていく
・鉄道の中：駅から出ないこと
・タクシー乗車中：車から降りて運ちゃんと一緒に建物内へ
・屋内で食事中：そのまま待機
・ホテル内：カーテンを閉めて部屋内で待機。ホテル十御寝の指導・誘導に従うこと
※台湾初めてか、防空訓練初めてでどうしたらいいかわからない場合は、「訓練時間（後述）は絶対外に出ない。ホテルで待機。文句あるならこの時期に台湾行くな」これに限ります。

④守らなかったら？
「民防法」という法律で決まっているので訓練は外国人も守らないといけません。守らない人は3〜15万元（15〜60万円）の罰金です。罰金額は法律で決まっているので、「日本人割引」はございません。

⑤訓練時期
地方によって時期が違います。
◆8/7（金）　10:00-10:30
南部（台南、高雄、屏東）

◆8/10（月） 13:30-14:00
中（南）部：台中、嘉義、彰化など

◆8/11（火）13:30-14:00
澎湖諸島、金門など島嶼部

◆8/12（水） 13:30-14:00
東部（花蓮、台東）

◆8/13（木） 13:30-14:00
北部（台北、新北、基隆、桃園、新竹、宜蘭）
※桃園空港も対象のはずなので、この時間近くに空港を使う方は、係員の指示に従って下さい。

⑥その他注意
・自分が行く旅行日程とバッティングすることがあれば、時間を必ずメモしておいて下さい！！
・台湾初めての人は、該当の時間はホテルでじっとしろ、30分くらい引きこもれこれ最強
・サイレンが鳴ったら、まずは周りの人について行けば問題ないと思う（台湾人や駐在者は、毎年のことなので慣れてる）
・中国からのサイバー攻撃を予想した訓練としてネット遮断or制限の可能性もあるとか（真偽不明）。スマホが使えなくなっても焦らないように

In particular Fiver Friday we gave visibility to the unseen and help those in need.

The Toonie Community works because it is built on trust. However, it has come to our attention that there is a well known scammer who is taking advantage of donors. This is something we expressly condemn.

As Fiver Friday was open to any fundraiser, this increased the risk of scammers exploiting it. We have made a difficult decision to adjust Fiver Friday to prevent this from happening.

Going forward, Fiver Friday will extend the collection for the previous Tuesday - in other words Tuesday's collection will remain open until Friday. We will also post links to previously unfinished collections from previous Tuesdays. This gives us an opportunity to close these urgent and previously vetted fundraisers.

We understand that many of you will be disappointed, and we are too. However, our responsibility is to mitigate the risk of scams, ensure your donations help those truly in need and help the soldiers that ask for our assistance. We are here for Ukraine and sometimes we have to make these tough decisions. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of Ukraine and Toonie Tuesday.
