@CallananDarragh@AlanBurton12 Have one myself to works away the finest you wouldnt fill the maxi full with just lime no way could it be pushed it's very good with sawdust. Have a few steps and it's awkward but doable
@jeomaher@frankhyland6 Bought a rauch 16 section this year with grants it actually ended up the price of a standered spinner if you include buying a standered gps. Works really well in west corks obstacle course fields. Without grant it would be more questionable๐
@2pintpaddy@jeomaher@EdwardTreanor@RossHamiltonG I know your sick to death of hearing it. But there has been massive changes 30 years just because sometin didn't work 10 years ago don't mean it will never work. This year especially has shown many flaws with the teagasc low cost systems as cows were housed far to long
@2pintpaddy@jeomaher@EdwardTreanor@RossHamiltonG Surely if it's underlying health issues would the cows not go in calf? Honestly twice a day milking good silage and feed.February calving all done the same year is worth a shout.
@brennan_padraig @JerryMoloney1 Neighbour sat a red clover mix this year organic off DLF and they accidentally put raddish in it. Nearly smothered everytin else. He had to mow it
@AidanAidanmc Use shy 1000 litres every milking for washing the plant. Dairy to the side so alot of extra pipework๐ญ. Plus the tanks on collection day. Same water would be needed manual or auto. I presume theres a setting for night washing but never looked into it!
@2pintpaddy Not much to get ready to use sexed on heifers paddy just get a few straws and the ai man puts them in. Should be a no brainer when you run the cows and heifers together anyway and are using ai on them already
