@RBI We havent used GCC in recent times for withdrawal and this is strange act from #sbi as i came to know about this only after going through statement as no other communications happened regarding this transaction

Just now found a “ Cash withdrawn at GCC” in my mothers @TheOfficialSBI statement. She didnt withdrawn any money using GCC on this date and the card is safe in our hand and not lost also. Checked sms inbox and found no messages corresponding to this transaction.
