Even when we used to get 100% shudh petrol and we kept our cars idle for longer time in winters or rainy season the water would enter the tank and cause fuel pump issues & missing. @Spotify Just a question. Why spotify plays loud ads at night. Can’t u simply keep volume low for non premium users. It would keep them attached to ur app. Hearing loud ads with ringtones & whistles on some cosmetic advt is so big turn off after 12 am.They r sleep spoilers !

@ArunBee Uber should modify app if driver doesn't moves from last location with in 5 minutes then the client can cancel ride at no cost. And if he diverts from route the same applies.

Booked an AC service through Urban Company.

AC was working fine. Compressor was starting normally.

Technicians arrived and immediately claimed there was “no gas”. I told them it was working completely fine. I refused any gas refill and asked them to perform only the service.

After servicing, they cancelled/refunded the job from their end and asked me to pay ₹500 directly instead of the app payment.

I was alone at home with my young child and didn’t want an argument with two technicians inside my house, so I paid.

Now the compressor is not starting at all.

The service has been marked as refunded/cancelled, the refund hasn’t reached me yet, and my AC has stopped working immediately after the visit.

Urban Company:

Why was the service cancelled after work was already performed?
Why was I asked to pay cash separately?
Why is my AC not working after your technicians left?
Who is accountable for the damage?

I want an immediate investigation, technician audit, and resolution.

This has been an extremely disturbing experience and, at this point, I have lost all trust in the platform.

Last year I paid a premium of Rs 66,000 for my health insurance policy , a family floater.

Since then GST was removed.

This year my premium is Rs 92,000 . I haven't claimed insurance ever.

@TinyDhillon Received fake Netflix email (refer screenshot). It turned out to be fraud. Credit card purchase sms was showing 65k, was about to enter otp but stopped on seeing the debit sum. Luckily got saved. Later checked email sender was some ottomail. Vet. Seniors need to be extra careful.
