@EPLBible Is there a wider view, so we can see when the kick was actually taken, so that we can see the amount of "grappling" that occurred when the ball was live?
@FTBLsection Simple answer is to have an independent time keeper in the stands. Giant clock with the time on. Everyone agrees before the season when the clock is stopped (ref blows whistle, ball out of play etc.) No added time, nothing to gain from time wasting, simple.
