Following yesterday’s shitty run, i learned i gotta start slow and build up speed when possible. Also learned I should run under a fan indoors cuz the whole body burns hot indoors
Ran 3miles this morning, walked that .14 after mile 2 to catch breath.

Was supposed to run 3 miles today nonstop (no matter how slow) but barely reached mile 2 with everything i had in me today 😪 - then i walked the first-half of mile 3 and finished jogging the last half. (Only counting the distances i run/jog)
