@johnkempf Guess it depends on how you define "tree". Mostly water taken up from soil, but probably came from the sky. If carbon, then CO2 from the sky, so I'm going with sky!

@Jes_Squirrell I’ve looked into this as a diversification and it doesn’t stack up financially unless there is a dire shortage of feed making feed costs 5x standard. Might be an option if you DIY but probably only as a supplement.
