@cornnutsbbq@TinFoilAwards@Bubblejet@auldian50 @marliessmits64 It’s one of the worst parts of having a disability. I was in a FB group for Ehlers Danlos and EVERYTHING was a competition, and often in a very passive aggressive/“is that as bad as it get for you?” way. It was exhausting. Every post was like it. Really sad to see.
@MrJGTodd@Willowstorm247@josierones The people in London carried my bag the whole of Kings X/St Pancras, and someone else helped carry it to my platform in Pad. Nicest people. :)
@MrJGTodd@Willowstorm247@josierones I got a train from Kent to Reading. Hobbling on crutches, carrying the heaviest bag. The only people to offer help were in LDN. Not saying they were Londoners, but no one in Kent/Reading batted an eyelid
@jacquelynfisher@DanielBunnJr They were known as cheesy bugs where I grew up.
The look on my boyfriends face when I first said “there’s a cheesy bug!” with such confidence thinking he’d know exactly what I meant 😳🙃
@nailogical Your team over at @holotaco are so wonderful. The past two hours I’ve sent them in circles on a wild goose chase trying to find a previous order, and they’ve been so patient and helpful. 🥰☺️ Truly the best customer services experience. ❤️
@lozzadavies@jamalberleen That queue ended up being 2hrs but we made it! Once we got passed Watford-ish, there was plenty, it seems. We made a bad call stopping at the services we did but all is well!
@lozzadavies@jamalberleen Been sat in the queue to the petrol station for over an hour. Really close now but people are being absolutely ridiculous. We were debating whether to fly or drive back to Ireland, and I think we made the wrong call! 🙃😂 x
We seemed to have booked the absolute worst time to visit family in Ireland, driving from Kent to Scotland for the ferry. Really nervous. #petrolshortage
@kellbellswifty absolutely! and it’s so upsetting when ppl say they have a migraine but it’s so clearly just a headache. 😞 yes pls do! it’s so important and i can’t explain the relief I feel now.
@kellbellswifty ty ❤️ it was over 7yrs ago now, feels like a lifetime ago! the scariest part was the lumbars bc I wasn’t allowed anyone with me but the nurse was soo nice. i really hope u find some relief. i’ve got a lot of medical problems but migraines are just terrible 😞 sending love x
@kellbellswifty I was referred to a neurologist. Lots of scans, tests and lumbar punctures, but it was “just” migraines. I’ve been on a medication called “topiramate” ever since and ill get maybe 1 migraine every 6-8 weeks instead of 1-2 days. It’s been a lifesaver. I hope u find help 🥺 2/2
@kellbellswifty My migraines were (and sometimes still are) horrendous. I got blue-lighted to hospital once because they thought I was having a stroke and it was “just” a migraine. I couldn’t speak properly, couldn’t see properly, couldn’t hold myself up. And there was nothing they could do. 1/2
i asked, one of taylor’s friends, Claire Winter if she knew where meredith was, and she kindly replied that she just saw her and mer is 👌🏻 MEREDITH IS ALIVE
@losfamgeles@thestarsguideme Thank you 🥺... another time I was taking a glasses of red wine out to the beer garden on a tray and a golden labrador jumped up at me. He was not so golden anymore (no smashed glass and he was totally okay). Thank GOD his owners were so lovely but I was nearly in tears.
