When I was diagnosed in 2013, osimertinib didn’t exist and I did very well on afatinib for almost 3 years. I am disadvantaged now because I have lived so long with #EGFR+ lung cancer and I am not eligible for trials that restrict to 1st line osi progression only.

More background: Selumetinib is co-developed by @AstraZeneca and @MSDInvents @Merck. It’s FDA approved for another indication & is being offered in the #ORCHARD trial in combo with osimertinib. I don’t qualify for the ORCHARD trial because I have taken another TKI prior to osi.
