Urgent concern! Heavy vibrations from construction at RBI quarters, Mahim (Dilip Gupte Marg) are causing damage to my building. Floor erupted, tiles broke off. Safety at risk! Request the police to stop RBI work immediately.

[Archit Joshi @Archeryit]

The construction in RBI quarters Mahim is causing excessive noise pollution. Work often extends beyond 9 pm. I request stipulated working hours considering the sensitive surroundings.The noise affects vulnerable populations. Please address.

@MTPHereToHelp @MumbaiPolice
Dilip Gupte marg in Mahim has become a chaotic place to drive. Car parkings on both sides, drivers sitting inside the car not responding to honking horns feeling entitled to park on both sides of the street - took me half an hour to reach cadel road

[Archit Joshi @Archeryit]

@mybmcWardGN @mybmc Thank you, this was prompt!

Visuals from Brothers cooperative housing society (Bhatia building), Dilip Gupte marg. Breeding ground created for mosquitoes especially in rains. Pls take action against such committee members.

RBI quarters Mahim redevelopment (Dilip Gupte marg, Mahim 16) - debris collapses into Bhatia building neighborhood. Luckily, no injuries. Urgent call for BMC and authorities to impose a stay order on this construction

@nrmangal Came across many annual reports which share snapshots from sell side research reports. It’s a circle I think, there are market research companies gathering data from the industry - sell side borrows that data for reporting - companies use the same to demonstrate disclosures.

@Mumbaikhabar9 @mybmc please take a look at Nargis Dutt nagar in Bandra near Lilavati hospital. Scary sight!

@pnbindia Please check your DM box, I have shared all details.

@pnbindia drawing your attention to PNB Branch - Vile Parle East. Haven’t come across such an arrogant and disrespectful a branch manager. Denying signature on a life certificate to an 82 year old lady who has had savings/FD accounts in the same branch for over 4 decades.

@flyspicejet how do you manage to delay a Goa - Mumbai/Mumbai - Goa flight? Flights delay by 1 hour easily for a travel time of half an hour. Kaise kar lete Ho itna badiya kaam?

September 2021 was rocky for markets, as the S&P 500 dipped, rates rose & the ERP moved up to 4.93%. The good news is that the expected return on stocks is now 6.25% (up from 5.6% on Aug 2021), but the bad news is that it may need to move higher. https://t.co/wy8WGu8ona
