India's 1.3B population has a ratio of 1 doctor : per 1,457 people. We have only 554 MBBS colleges, including 15 AIIMS and 2 JIPMER campuses.
Why cant emergency universities be opened & these kids absorbed immediately post an entrance exam - mind you no reservation?
