Part 2- @Uber_India If you track the tickets raised on this ride, you would see I ran into all kinds of issues where the driver did not have a valid fastag or documentation which left me stranded on the Mumbai - Pune expressway by myself.

@Uber_India Part 5- @Uber_India The driver on the app showed someone with brown eyes and the driver who arrived had a different complexion and green eyes but kept stressing he is the same person. Being on my guard, I asked him to cancel the ride….

@Uber_India Part 4 - @Uber_India This is not the end of my story :) When I booked my returning journey from Mumbai to Pune life ambushed me with the same issue. This was on 26th August where the driver was different from what was shown on the app….

I was able to cancel a few of the in the nick of time. But right now an order is in transit and I am unable to cancel this anymore. Order ID- 4981582
Please take corrective action to cancel this order at the earliest and refund the tss points.
