Watch out for #badtech on the @MTA 's new service OMNY. After 12 rides, the service invalidated either my card and/or my device so I couldn't get my free rides. And of course, they won't reimburse me. #ripoff #ScamAlert

@NYCTSubway After blaming me for using their chatbot instead of calling them, OMNY claims that I'm technically all set. But this issue isn't resolved because I haven't been reimbursed for the fares I paid out of pocket and OMNY isn't willing to resolve that.
