@lukacsy @tedlieu You are conflating two things. Actually the Constitution does not explicitly give the SC the power of judicial review. After Marbury it is the “doctrine,” essentially the role of the SC. However, this is not the same thing as regulating the court’s ethics practices.

@krassenstein DeSantis has successfully shifted the argument towards white victimization. The reality that for most of my 47 years, social sciences were taught with significant biases that were favorable towards whites , males, American Gov propaganda all seems to be lost on a lot of people.

@RonFilipkowski I don’t think younger people quite realize how common it was to go over to other people’s houses & see playboy magazines or the playboy channel. Or to go to gas stations & bookstores & see those magazines. They were quite ubiquitous & now are basically a relic from the past.
