@jdcmedlock @RFishBlueFish I do hear what you’re saying, but when there are no psychiatrists within 100-250 miles, that’s also going to have an impact on suicide, overdose, and rates of interpersonal violence. It’s all a public health issue. Lots of middle-aged white guys in rural areas dying by suicide.
