@CerealMidnight Part of the problem I feel is the lack of staff in theaters. I only saw two people and the customer service booth is never staffed.

@CerealMidnight Recent theater experiences I had include people texting, using their phones as a flashlight when they dropped something or were trying to find seats coming in way late, whispering, ... and then their was the dude next to me who wanted to air out his arm pits next to my head.
