I kinda neglected twitter as I live mostly on TikTok these days but here’s something my mostly younger TikTok audience seem to agree with.
Things that give the ick: #Unitarian Sunday edition😆
… Now I’m waiting for the backlash 🙈
We are all set and ready to welcome you tomorrow at 10:30am for the Easter open table communion service! ☺️
It makes no difference what you believe or don’t believe. How you pray, if you pray. Whom you love or how you struggle. Everyone is worthy to participate.😇HAPPY EASTER🐣

We are just a tiny church but we’d love to help however we can too. This Friday night we will be fundraising for the Red Cross #Ukraine crisis appeal. You are welcome to come and join us in person for the Bingo night or chip in online:

@terytorialsi Oficjalny profil Wojska Polskiego? Ku*wa, jesteście obrzydliwi. Myślałem, że to jakiś profil ONRu albo innych chorych z nienawiści pojebów. Rasiści i faszyści.
@UnitarianUCE@revdrmeg@ScarbUnitarians Brilliant! I have heard stories of such ceremonies in some unitarian churches in the UK definitely in the 60s (not sure about anything earlier than that), but I’d love to see photographs or some written records of those. ❤️
As we prepare to hold our first same-sex wedding at @ScarbUnitarians later this year, I’m discovering that the congregation held same-sex blessing ceremonies decades ago… (of course, they couldn’t do legal same-sex weddings back then!) 🏳️🌈💗

@ClarkeRoberts Oh mate I’m a painfully slow reader (and get easily distracted) so audiobooks are the way forward for me 😉 Unfortunately not everything is available on audible.
@ClarkeRoberts That’s a good place to start I think. After that, I’d go for “A chosen faith” by J. Buehrena and F. Church; “The elements of Unitarianism” by G. Chryssides. And if you like history then “Racovia: An early liberal religious community” by P. Hewett is very interesting too!
