@LoudOutside Both viewpoints teach your kids how to be independent if needed, not to rely on anyone's help, especially if it's not there, but the follow-up would be to be willing to accept it when it's provided.

Very disappointed in @united and how their crew and "standard procedures" handled our canceled flight to Paris. We were at the airport from 3:30 pm to 1:30 am. The flight was to board at 7:15 pm. This type of experience will prevent me from ever flying @united again.
@patrickbetdavid Definitely bring in someone like Mark Cuban or anyone who challenges the majority viewpoints on your team. More debate is exactly what we need.

@WallStreetSilv Yeah, I tried it for a bit over two weeks. Honestly, I felt more tired than usual and it was harder to stay focused on other things. My motivation just wasn't there.
I applied for a mortgage on a property that I'm turning into a rental. The mortgage lender told me they can't accept my application because I don't show 1 year of commission or a W2 JOB.
Yet, I have 2 producing assets and enough cash on hand to buy it outright. Any suggestions?
