Ares is thrilled to announce Steve Lott as our Head of Business Development.

Steve brings decades of leadership in U.S. and international defense programs. At @Raytheon, he managed the Naval Air missile portfolio, including Tomahawk, AIM-9X, Naval Strike Missile, and JSOW, driving over $1B in annual bookings.

As part of his distinguished career in the @USNavy , Steve served as the commanding officer of two AEGIS cruisers, the USS Vincennes and the USS Chosin.

He also directed multi-billion-dollar Foreign Military Sales programs as Security Cooperation Director at the Navy International Programs Office (NIPO), and later served as Director of Operations at @INDOPACOM.

At Ares, Steve will spearhead growth with DoD and allied partners as we scale our next generation of cruise missiles.
