2 mins after 1000’s of #o2priority tickets have been made available they’re all gone! This has been the same story for months now. Isn’t there a way that @O2 can limit these to those who get the codes and then redeem them?

@bt_uk our broadband has been down since 24th. Unable to reach anyone via online, SMS or phone. Been on hold for over an hour this morning & now placed back to beginning of hold process! Is there any other way to provide support please?
3 weeks since returning part of my @nextofficial order & I’ve still not had the refund. After chasing last week they tried refunding part of the order but had mislaid 3 items (£100) & asked me to identify the missing items! All in all a bit of a sh*t show of service #servicefail
