@united never disappoints — over 1h taxiing in IAH on our way to MSY in an overheated plane (1h+ delay in a less than 2h flight); now at 1h+ delay on our way to SFO; and no WiFi (despite it being offered). OFC, not any sort of compensation 😒 Grumpy tweet out of dispair here 👋🏻

Isn’t it great that @FedEx allows you to purchase O/N Express Delivery even if they know they’re short staffed and they won’t be able to fulfill the contract? 🤯 Plus, they won’t tell the new delivery time… cause it doesn’t exist? Turns out @FedExHelp ➡️ *not* that helpful 🤦🏼‍♀️
