New methods paper out in @JMIR_Formative. We trained a model to predict Reddit users’ bedtimes from the timestamps of their posts. Our model can usually guess the bedtime of a Reddit user within 1 hour. We hope it will be useful to other social media researchers. 1/6

Obesity—yeah, it’s a problem—but so is being too thin. Ottesen et al used NSQIP to examine relationship between BMI and adverse events for stand-alone ALIF—found underweight (BMI<18) and super morbid obese (BMI>50) were riskier than other BMI categories. 1/2
