Haven’t been able to scale cs of cash flow + supply chain. Should get it all resolved by next week, 10k days are guaranteed. I’ll reply here once I hit it. For now grateful for these 2k days.
If you actually want to master AI, here’s the playbook:
1. You’re only using Claude code or codex now. You’re not allowed to open any other apps. No cowork or chat nonsense either.
2. Every task needs to go through AI. No email, no browser, no figma, NOTHING
3. If AI can’t connect or do a task for you, you’re only allowed to give up after 20 attempts. Yep, 20. You need to learn how to figure shit out with AI.
If you do all your work this way for a month, you’ll be a master of AI.
Here’s the alpha: being good at AI means knowing how to figure shit out with AI. You need to train that muscle.
Im losing my mind having to take a step back from trenching the brand.
When I can’t work I just resort to over-consuming info.
I needa go touch some grass jeez.
You can use Reddit API keys to extract avatars and angles from Reddit
You search for your audience on Reddit for example “nurses with foot pain” copy all the threads and with your api key extract all the comments
Then get Claude to segment the comments in the following categories
Desire: what is there I wants and I needs + there complaints as complaints are desires
For example if one complains there toothbrush takes for ever to brush there teeth
You can say they want to brush there teeth faster
Get Claude to rank which desires keep comming up often and that’s how you get your main core desire
Behaviour: how does the customer behave find the comments that match this and tell Claude to pick those out
Experience: what sort of product experiences can it find within these comments + what sort of situational experience are there within these comments
Emotions: what sort of emotions can you extract from these comments
Now you have many new potential angles you can extract from these avatars and start testing
the biggest advantage i've had in ecom isn't knowing some secret supplier or having some magical product finder
it's simply being willing to TEST MORE things than most people
most people want certainty before they move
ecom doesn't give you certainty
you move, get data, then make the next decision
New brand is going HORRIBLE. But learning a lot. Not only here to document the wins, but also definitely the losses.
We have one 'winning' ad with a CPA of 20 USD the last 7 days.
Now making iterations on it:
- Other avatars
- 5 different leads
- Story telling POV gender switch
- CTA change
Next to that we also run other tests:
- Advertorial long
- Advertorial short
- Listicle
- Higher price offer
- Value stack offer
No MRR, only focused on 1 time sale for now. Within 3 weeks we will do minimum 10k$ a day. Keep me accountable!!!
After the 10k day we’ve had had to de-scale and will prolly do so till about October 1st.
My backend is so shit in terms of hires, supply chain, and processing. Getting it all sorted, also wanna improve our margins.
Been learning and watching course materials, and there’s still so much I don’t know abt this game.
There’s also a part of me that thinks gurus over complicate shi way too much just to sound smarter.
Regardless until October 1st just gonna chill and learn, I’m also hella behind on ai automations and workflows, gonna catch up.
October is gonna be a crazy month, big numbers soon. 💯
@PaulNiklas8 just start talking to it
