@eigenrobot @AlexGodofsky The additional problem of "they might have dual loyalties that come up with respect to group X" which comes up with immigrant elites is kind of a minor problem compared to elites not having any loyalty to Americans in the first place.

@eigenrobot @AlexGodofsky I don't think any of the four people at the top of the thread show a strong sense of duty towards other Americans, but that's also true for a large number of white elites as well. That's just what elite culture looks like right now.
