1: Wike should pursue MASS HOUSING SCHEMES leveraging N1 trillion @mofinigeria fund series with a developer.

-(a): Wike should reform Abuja Mortgage system especially for the middle class sector.

2: Transportation. Mass Transit.

-(a): Work with the @NADDCouncil @PCNGInitiative to provide more CNG buses for the city. From Area1 or Federal Secretariat to Kubwa, Mararaba, Suleja etc.

-(b): Work with the Govs of Niger and Nasarawa states @HonBago @GovNasarawa as per shared transportation arrangements.

3: Allow Area Councils to take full control of their areas so that your job schedule will be reduced.

4: organize Town Hall Interface with the residents to feel the purse of the citizens.

-(a): FCT residents are greater than any Minister of FCT. You work for the people.

5: Remember that another FCT Minister can also revoke all lands you approved after leaving office.

-(a): Therefore, set up an Independent task force to review all lands you have approved so far or within the last 10 years.

-(b): Correct or keep them.

-(c): The same Land Dept or control dept staffs will point your mistakes to your successor.

-(c): Review the master plans. Seek another approval from the President.

-(e): Seek out of court settlements and obey court orders. You are a life bencher. Show workings.

-(f): Set up arbitration panels. This is your field.

6: Proceed on a two weeks vacation to relax. Review and re-energize yourself.
