✅ You can withdraw up to 75% of your PF balance even before completing 1 year of unemployment.

✅ The 1-year wait is only for the final 25% settlement (full and final withdrawal).

✅ And under the new “Special Circumstances” category, you can take out that 75% anytime, without giving any reason.

So no, your PF money isn’t locked up for a year, you can still access most of it when you actually need it!
