@rsbisht__ @akku92 His flight and the crash after were only a couple of hours apart. Whenever I've flown, that's barely enough time to disembark, collect luggage, and get through customs. There's no way the airline would have responded that quickly to someone who's just a passenger
@lottslottslotts@gabsters ooh no the worst part of food noise is the people not the food. chewing loudly, smacking lips, scraping your knife/fork on the plate
@DKoulian@AutonomicBrad For me inflammation is driving autonomic dysfunction. Cycles that delete essential nutrients and weaken my muscles, and without meaning to e.g. I hyperextend my shoulders, and overload my pectorals
@saltyvetwife@ThePOTSPostman FWIW joint pain is my primary EDS issue. My tendons act like silly putty, so my muscles tense up to compensate and I get sprains ALL the time. Or MAST cell issues add pressure to the joints and i get spots of osteoarthritis
@ROZEPOP@GeauxGabrielle I took montelukast for 4 years but developed an allergy to it so severe that i went into neurogenic shock. Im grateful for the 4 years of being able to breathe and kinda worried about my future without it
@bibicosplays The number of accessibility aids and chronic pain tools that are literally GREY hurts my soul. I had to invest in a bunch of craft materials to stay sane
@lottslottslotts a thing I figured out very recently is that I use strong flavours A LOT for a sensory hit & also to manage chronic pain. if I have such intense nerve pain that shock is setting in, sugar/salt breaks through and i avoid blacking out
@stromesquad FUCK that. Signed: a person who spent 3 years arguing that yes a child having Coeliac is a big deal actually, and I'll change gloves 50 times during breakfast if I need to
