I originally posted some staggering Minneapolis Police Dept use of force stats, and a typical amount of anonymous white folks rushed in to explain that in fact Black people commit 70% of the crimes using all kinds of specious bits from shotspotter to FBI stats. This is a lie.

Officer Chauvin was the subject of a dozen police conduct complaints - he was never disciplined. He was involved in two shootings of civilians - never disciplined, fired, evaluated; only protected. THIS is where you lay blame for every burning building in this city tonight.
