@Bretosionic @DouglasKMurray@DavidLammy@realDonaldTrump Wasn’t the headwaters of this Trump’s own politically violent rhetoric? He speaks like a demagogue. He got called one. Now we’re supposed to buy these characterizations happened in a vacuum?
@elonmusk@GadSaad Guys, just because @GadSaad got chutzpah doesn’t make him mossad. I know it’s confusing. If the left accuses Israel supporters of banishing rank criticism by calling it antisemitism unfairly, then why are you labeling effective Israel supporters as Mossad?
@Shounak_WA@C_Kavanagh De Santis and Trump have given no indication they’d share a ticket from what I’ve seen?
I used to feel like Tulsi’s heart was in the right place, but after hearing her regurgitate the pedo normalization, anti trans, and reductive anti-dem criticism, I’m highly skeptical of her.
@TulsiGabbard@joerogan 41/f/hi
Recently separated. Previous partner was definitively leading us into nuclear war, trans inclusivity and pedo normalization. Not looking for anything too serious. Willing to do long distance for a VP position with a stable genius or adjacent XY of similar mindset.
@C_Kavanagh A coherent civilization-scale thinker is way more preferable to a planet of independent states unable to collaborate while vying for control over depleting sources of raw material. I’m not sure if Musk is that thinker, but he sure plays a broadly appealing one on twitter.
@elonmusk@mtaibbi I don’t know. Perhaps after centuries of being instrumentalized in the vision men have for their bodies, it makes sense for women break the precedent of a binary that puts them in the service of men. I cite every major religion as my evidence and the role women are dealt therein.
@C_Kavanagh Spitballing, but to me it’s both…
a personal reminder to not identify with the inner experience as “me”, but rather impersonal layers of sensation;
and political, in that it helps to voids the labels and prejudices laid on us by our community and the greater society.
@NathanTankus It is hugely disappointing. But can we celebrate how this will shake up the midterms? I know it’s a more protracted condition than this election cycle, but it may help keep control of the house and senate.
@C_Kavanagh @PhilippMarkolin While I’m completely incapable of assessing the biological nuances, I haven’t gotten a sense that there is a definitive consensus against the lab leak theory. By corralling it into the “conspiracy” space, along with legit crackpots, I’m reminded me of aforementioned diaper man.
@C_Kavanagh @PhilippMarkolin Whelp! Story time…
I met an army vet who’d break up protests. He told me they’d send in a soldier dressed like a filthy hippy wearing an American flag as a diaper. He’d dance like a fool, causing the protestors to risk humiliation (and the press loved diaper man).
Smart, right?
Dispare and hopeless exist when folks aren't empowered. The constant singular focus on federal issues in the news cycle make "change" seem remote, unreachable. Folks, I have a great story to share. Five years ago, I helped save my city $120m. And like, 50 ppl know.

@JigarShahDC I also love this feature. Having worked for a backup energy installer, I can say it’s more like $15k-$20k installed for a 20Kw system, but they’re louder than an old lawnmower. Still, I wonder if grid operators could active grid-tied generators as a measure of resiliency?
