Why Don’t Republicans care about the FBI’s Gov. Whitmer “Kidnapping Plot” Hoax?

The Republican party claims to care about the weaponization of the federal government against the American people. They claim to care about things like voter fraud, so why don’t they talk about this case? Why won’t they investigate it?

The arrests were announced on October 8, 2020, one month before the election in a swing state. This arguably could have helped sway the election as much as voter fraud, as the case made international news and was used to smear Trump.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris frequently mentioned the “foiled” plot in the final weeks of their campaign using the case as an example of why Donald Trump was “unfit for office.”

Why aren’t Republican officials meeting with the five (5) men who were acquitted by two (2) different juries and their families? Is it because they aren’t wealthy? Why aren’t Republican candidates reaching out to them to have them speak at their rallies about how the government can target innocent people?

This case matters because it’s attempting to criminalize fundamental freedoms we have, like freedom of speech (even offensive speech), freedom of association, and the ability to engage in lawful, legal militia activity or defensive training.

These men were mostly targeted because of their political opinions and because they were vulnerable or in the wrong place at the wrong time. Here are some of the more egregious aspects of this case and why it still matters today:

· $54k Payday for FBI Informant “Big Dan” + New Laptop Computer, Smartwatch, $23k Cash Bonus

· How-to bombmaking video produced by FBI

· Travel expenses provided by FBI

· Meals, alcohol, and marijuana provided by the FBI

· 12+ FBI Informants used in the case

· Fake Militia groups created by FBI, including the fake national “Patriot Three Percenters”

· 2-3 Undercover FBI Agents

· Use of Drones and Airplanes

· Allegations of misconduct against the three (3) lead handling agents

· Female FBI Informant sleeping in the same hotel room as the male target of her investigation and trying to sleep in the bed with him

· Facebook pages for fake militia groups created by FBI

· FBI use of “Online Covert Identities” to infiltrate online groups and pose as fake militia members

· FBI admitting to planting evidence on a target of the investigation so they could “seize it later when they arrested him”

· FBI use of informant with a lengthy criminal record including fraud and pedophilia

· FBI Special Agent Richard J. Trask who signed off on the Criminal Complaint was later arrested for domestic battery after attending a Swingers Party in Kalamazoo and then coming home and beating his wife nearly to death

· FBI Special Agent Jayson Chambers who initiated the “Terrorism Enterprise Investigation” is later exposed as having a private company called “Exeintel” that billed itself as a "team of dedicated professionals" working to “provide actionable counterterrorism intelligence to law enforcement worldwide,” that was caught posting about the case on Twitter, boasting about having inside information and possibly seeking to profit off the case financially

· FBI wanted the fednapping to be a “multi-state” domestic terror plot, they had targets in 15 states

· FBI informants pushing $5k credit cards for a fake 501(c)3 “child trafficking charity” trying to get targets to used cards to purchase “gear”

· FBI-sponsored FTXs (field training exercises)

· FBI Informants broke the law

· Gov’t admits still no plan in September 2020, guys are arrested Oct. 7, 2020

· Arrest used as October surprise in 2020 election

· Judge bogus hearsay rule – hiding of discovery under seal, preventing jury from seeing exculpatory evidence, bogus time limit at retrial, juror misconduct at retrial of Adam and Barry

· Implications for militia activity (now being categorized as violent gangs)

· Implications for 1A, 2A, civil rights

· Domestic war on terror

With all the evidence of misconduct and corruption, ask yourself why no Republican elected officials will touch this case.
