@IRCTCofficial i am looking for my refund i have booked the tickets on @ixigo and cancelled the booking due to the train delayed by 11 hours and still my TDR is rejected. I have filled the TDR as suggested and guided by @ixigo so pls @ixigo look into this matter and fet my refund

@Bajaj_Finance Just received the call and he mentioned that without the cibil report we cant do anything and i have mentioned that i. Can’t download ot generate its paid one and i will pay fir the cibil report you should pay . Alredy sent the aadhar and pan to match the picture

@ixigo I am not booking with you platform again when i reach you you should have inform me in the very first time and the conditions are not clear because of this cancellation my return tickets also cancelledand i have bear that loss which i am not responsible for very pathetic service

@IRCTCofficial its been days i ma chasing for my refund spoke to you on phone you asked to reach the ixigo as the booking was made from their platform and when I approached them they aksed me to reach to you as TDR rejection is under @IRCTCofficial my train was delayed 13 hours.

@excitel_rocks its been almost 6 months now i did not get my refund i have returned the device and also fill in the details for the refund as well still didnt receive anything as of now for deposit of 1500rs ca we pls investigate
