Coach B1, no cleaning person has ever been noticed in entire journey.
All the liquid soap containers in the all 4 adjacent toilets are empty.
Pathetic maintenance... Darjeeling mail has lost it's pride.

@drmsdah @drmsdah it is a very welcoming deed though it is felt that your department has failed to tackle the chaos and extreme harassment of the daily commuters during office hrs, it cost one life also. No proper announcement, communication was there. Complete mismanagement at ur part.
