Big shout out to Simone Cox @unitedairlines SFO for getting me on to my flight to EWR after many reschedules and delays…went out of her way 5* customer service and making sure I got the upgrade…thank you Simone ❤️
Shame on you @ATT for changing my wireless plans in the pretext of giving me something special. And making it go up from $199 to $317. And you don’t even have the decency to call back and hall me get things sorted out. All without my permission. And this was on recorded line!
