Congratulations, you have snakes in your house. I hope it's nonvenomous. Rats don't just leave where they're seeing food. They multiply, they don't reduce. For you not to see them again, there's a snake (at least) coiled up somewhere in your house.
Do proper deep cleaning to find out where the snake is.
I was getting food with a man. When we were done, he went to the loo & I asked the waitress for the bill. With shock and disbelief, she said “you’re paying???”
I nodded and started transferring but before I finished, he came back & gave her his card.
She said with relief, “Ehnehn, why will you pay?”
All of us burst out laughing. 😂😂

“Remember Prof. Nnenna, the INEC officer who stood her ground, rejected bribes, and ensured a free and fair election in Abia State. If she had taken that money, the people of Abia might not be enjoying the progress and governance being delivered by Alex Otti today.”

So, â Doctor died due to Lassa Fever, not just a doctor guys, but a Senior Registrar in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Bingham University Teaching Hospital in Jos, apparently, she contracted it from her patient ând when she was laid to rest and the video was posted on x and one nurse commented “Rest well, Ma, I will never go extra for my patients, I will only do my work diligently and that’s all” you all, a lot of people dragged her like t!ger generator set but thank God all medics stood by her, you need to see us defending her, Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, Medical Radiographers, Drs of physiotherapy, Medical Lab Scientists, etc.
What âre you dragging her for, you should drag the government, â Dr died of a virus due to systemic failure and poor working conditions ând you want other medical professionals to be happy?
Someone even said “After all, Doctors and nurses signed death warrant” how convenient! you and who?
Everyone began sharing their stories, see, you need to be alive and healthy in order to care for your patients better.
I even dropped a tweet and I said “If there’s no PPE ând other equipments necessary ând needed to save my patients ând in order to protect my patient and myself, I will never perform such procedure, I will do my best and that’s all âs long as I ⬇️⬇️⬇️
1. Do good
2. Do no harm &
3. Prevent harm
Someone even stated how a patient she helped to procure some meds for her from the nurses station ended up accusing her of stealing from her only because she tried to replace it back, another said a patient he was so good to and was rooting for absconded during his shift ând it was in a private hospital, guess whose salary was tampered with? The Nurses
Now, let’s actually talk âbout what nurses go through because they are trying to be patient advocate with my own experience. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
I once borrow dressing pack from â pt on bed 3 for pt on bed 20. I specifically told this patient relative to kindly return it soon.
I didn’t follow up because I trusted them ând didn’t think otherwise, patient was later discharged during my off, I didn’t bother asking because I thought I passed the information well enough >>>>>>>
Few days later the patient on bed 3 wasn’t pleased with me because his dressing pack wasn’t returned and the wife (pt relative) insisted I must päy for it/return it.
So, the patient I borrowed something for ând promised to return it, broke my trust because I choose to be a patient advocate.
You all, guess what? I did, While dealing with some patients, always be 100 steps ahead.
By the way, we also promised to take care of ourselves while caring for our patients in our oath taking because you can’t simply give what you don’t have.
Okay bye ✌🏻.
Remember, do not d!e before your patient, have a good day.
Nurse Wendy.
They passed over Jennifer Schroeder for a promotion she earned after 25+ years... then asked her to train the 25-year-old who got it.
She said: No. Not sorry. Not maybe. Just no.
HR called her unprofessional, not a team player. She fired back: "The team didn't support me when I asked why I didn't get the role."
The twist? She documented the retaliation, negotiated 6 months severance + full benefits + neutral reference, walked away strong. The new hire? Quit after 4 months without training support.
Her mic-drop lesson: "The second you stop being useful, they stop pretending to care. So stop pretending you owe them anything."
Jennifer just proved: Boundaries pay off.
Ever faced the "train your replacement" BS after a snub? How did you push back—or what would you negotiate now? Drop your story below.
@PoliceNG_CRU@OgunPoliceNG your officer (+2347034574574) at Elewe eran station in Ogun state is asking for N100,000 before charging a rape case of a 4 year old child by a certain Mr Emmanuel to court. Is Justice for sale?
Please Charge the case to Court immediately.

Accusing women of “sleeping their way to the top” is admitting that most men abuse their power for s*xual favors. They don’t wanna talk about that part though it doesn’t suit their patriarchal narrative.
Today, in a discussion, a man told me,
“As an African girl, have it in mind that your husband will cheat.”
I responded, “Have it at the back of your mind that your wife will cheat.”
Furiously, he said, “Why would you tell me that?”
Ohoooo! What’s good for the gander…
