@volkswagenindia - my new #taigun has a major AC tripping issue. It keeps cutting off - I've spoken to my dealer (Automark Delhi) - they are asking to have the car sent back for assessment. This is a two day old car - how terrible is your QA/QC? Very disappointing experience.

@myntra@_Amar_N - there has to be a better way to treat your customers. Weeks of following up with @myntra, @MyntraSupport, case managers and customer care has led to nothing but false stories of how an error that Myntra made will be resolved. This is pitiful at best.
@myntra Another day - same outcome. Just got this text “Pickup Failed: We were unable to pick up your MANGO Shirts on 24 July. - Team Myntra.” When no one came - like I said, Myntra is a house of lies.

@myntra I spoke to the pick up agent today and he said that he has been told by the Myntra office in phase 2 Okhla to not pick up anything. Basically your case managers have been lying to me for two weeks. I am done with this crap - filing a complaint with the police. You are crooks.
@MyntraSupport Another day - same story. Call from case manager saying issue will be resolved. Message in the morning that pick up will be done today and another message in an hour that pick up failed when nobody came or called. Myntra has to be the biggest farce on this planet. @myntra
@MyntraSupport Still not resolution here. Bunch of calls from case managers and promises of this being sorted. NO REFUND and just lies from your delivery staff that they couldn't pick up. I understand the weather is bad and they can't come - but don't put that back on the customer. #myntrafail
@MyntraSupport There is still no help here. Everyday the status is updated to "pickup between 8am and 12pm" and either the delivery guy has no information that he has to pick up the wrong item or nobody shows up. This has to be the single worst shopping experience of my life.
@MyntraSupport Sorry - but you've delivered the wrong items to me. The first thing you should do is refund my money. You can collect the wrong items whenever you want. Why is my refund being held up - this is nothing but cheating your customers.
@MyntraSupport Thanks but this didn't work at all. The pick up agent came today and he again insisted that he can only pick up the original item - I explained to him that I got something else instead. He refused to pick up and rejected. Such a frustrating experience. IN21071418065697700537
