So I asked Opus to check why fable keeps falling back to it -- turns out my project has a refusal category set to "bio" because I'm building a BI tool for the pharma industry.

Seems like there's not much I can do besides leave feedback :(

Every message I send, switches back to Opus. If I wanted to use Opus, I would have used Opus.

I guess it's not really back for coding yet and I don't think it will be back by July 7 either.
