I’m curious to see how snap25 is gonna handle the parents aspect of mtme, specifically wine’s since it was the more involved story line. Not gonna get too spoilery but I wonder if that’s why they gave wine’s mom so much screen time towards the series finale.
Taylor Swift just surprised Dakota Johnson with a birthday cake during her SNL goodnights. Dakota turned 37 at midnight while hosting the episode
in 52 years of SNL history, three celebs started hosting on their actual birthday: Rob Lowe, Calista Flockhart, and Peyton Manning, while another four hosted on their birthday after midnight: Ellen Burstyn, Chevy Chase, Ashton Kutcher, and now Dakota
Rewatching Kian and I’m struck by how truly kind Junho is. 🥹
He notices what others need, remembers, and quietly acts on it. From his army days to award shows, it’s something you see again and again.
Such a consistently kind soul. 🥰

One thing Breaking Bad did ridiculously well was using Walter White’s clothes to quietly tell you where his character was going.
Early Walt was wearing those harmless beige and green dad clothes.
The deeper he became Heisenberg, the darker his wardrobe became too.
Man’s shirts were experiencing character development. 😭
THE SNL CHARACTER WHO FORGOT WHAT HE WAS DOING — WHILE HE WAS DOING IT 😂
Tom Hanks had played plenty of characters on SNL.
But in 1988, he played a man whose biggest problem was remembering what had just happened five seconds earlier.
His name was Jeff Morrow.
His problem was short-term memory.
And SNL turned it into chaos.
“Mr. Short-Term Memory” debuted on October 8, 1988, during Hanks' first SNL hosting appearance.
The character was introduced as a San Bernardino advertising executive whose life had supposedly changed after a pear fell from a tree and hit him on the head.
From that point forward, his memory became wildly unreliable.
He could begin a conversation perfectly normally.
Then forget what he had just said.
Forget why he was there.
Forget who he was talking to.
Then suddenly remember something completely irrelevant.
The joke wasn't simply that Morrow forgot things.
It was that everyone around him had to live inside his confusion.
A normal conversation could collapse within seconds.
A blind date could become impossible.
A hospital visit could turn into a disaster.
Even a simple game show could become complicated.
And because Hanks played Morrow with complete seriousness, the character never felt like someone deliberately telling a joke.
He seemed genuinely trapped inside his own disappearing train of thought.
That was the engine of the entire sketch.
