@GurpriyaSidhu I used to have this a lot. And one day I had a very terrible cramp, which took couple of physiotherapy sessions to get rid off. Now it never happens. Coz I stay hydrated, exercise 4 days a week. Drink coconut water ( actual ones, not bottled ) daily. Lifestyle changes needed.
