Train No. 12484 was scheduled to depart at 5:55 AM and reach the destination by 1 PM, but it is already 7:50 AM and the train has still not departed. Because of this massive delay, I am now at serious risk of missing my connecting train scheduled at 3 PM.

This is extremely irresponsible and unacceptable. Passengers plan their journeys based on railway timings, and such delays without proper updates create unnecessary stress and financial loss.
