It took 2 days and multiple calls and listening to that non stop crappy airtel music to register a complaint that my broadband is not working. Every time I call, "are you in front of modem?" And then 101 troubleshooting ideas which don't work. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and a customer care person had the guts to tell me, "we don't take silly complaints!!" 🙄🙄🙄

🚨 Urgent Attention Required: @GoI_MeitY (@AshwiniVaishnaw and @Rajeev_GoI) must take note of the new practice introduced by most hyperlocal players, including @ZeptoNow, @letsblinkit, @zomato where the delivery partners take photographs of the product at the doorstep of the consumers.

The companies claim that this is for proof of delivery, but refuse to share the same pictures with the consumers to ensure no unwarranted photographs are taken, or instead use an OTP model. On a customer care call with @zeptocares, I learned that the executive was able to see the picture taken by the delivery partner, and therefore, the levels at which the data (photos) are being shared also remains unclear.

The practice of taking photos as a POD can be misused by some delivery partners, and therefore, requires urgent attention by the ministry. The companies already have a free pass on the road, with their delivery partners flouting every possible traffic rule, but this violation of privacy is unacceptable.
