Even after protests across the state & HCU, the Revanth Reddy government went ahead and cut down thousands of trees overnight at HCU !!

Bulldozers destroyed deep forests while helpless deer looked around, not knowing where to go. Peacocks, our national birds, cried through the night as their homes were destroyed.

At HCU, students gathered for peaceful protests. People who saw the animals suffer were heartbroken. It was painful to watch such cruelty. The government’s actions were not just about cutting trees, they destroyed lives.

THE BULLDOZERS STAND DOWN

Honourable High Court of Telangana passes a Stay order with immediate effect on the green murder happening the on HCU campus.

All bulldozers and destruction agents need to stand down till tomorrow.

Arguments on the PIL will resume on the 3rd of April.

Thanks to the lawyers, civil organizations and most importantly the judiciary for this 🙏🏼

A salute to all the students from the bottom of my heart.

Let’s hope there will be a favorable verdict soon. And the nature finds a way to heal itself somehow.
