The peptide pool was validated in two independent, geographically different cohorts and showed high sensitivity and specificity for distinguishing patient groups.
While there is a lot of overlap, as expected, we describe a peptide pool primarily reactive in patients with ATB (both at diagnosis and mid-treatment).
Imagine if subunit vaccines should be given only once! Check out our latest paper describing how BCG and our new TB vaccine candidate synergize to be efficacious after a single dose compared to traditional prime-boost! Thanks to all for the hard work! https://t.co/QQfD4TmzIZ
