@CoachDanGo @SivahD_Gambit This is not entirely true. I’m short and slightly overweight by some diet stds. I’ve always mostly stuck to a balanced diet occasionally straying but even the recommended caloric intake leaves me starving all the time by most calculations 🤦‍♀️
