My Virtual Reality Microscopy experience (developed at @IrsiCaixa) is finally playable. It uses the power of #VR to show how #microscopy works and just how small cells & viruses are. It is aimed at science festivals with a stand-alone release at later date https://t.co/NPASQPeXSs

We're excited to announce the Atlas of Bacterial & Archaeal Cell Structure (https://t.co/KtZjJKUArq), an open-access multimedia textbook that shows what's inside microbial cells like never before, featuring ~150 of our best cryotomograms and animations
A humble @BrilliantClub handbook turned into a uni pathways course @RISchools, to computing masterclasses @Ri_Science, to an award winning idea @nesta_uk and a wonderful opportunity to collaborate with the university partner @TeifLab. Can’t wait to see what happens next! ☺️
Poll: What will be the share of virtual meetings in all academic meetings after the COVID-19 pandemic?
*Meetings are defined as scientific conferences, seminars, workshops, schools, etc.

Is the scientific community ready for (more) #virtualreality meetings in the times of #Corona? There are great #VRtools out there, let's discover and use them! Read about my thoughts after a successful virtual @INC_COST MC meeting last week. ➡️https://t.co/8VFCEmuZqD #ISAblog
Some thoughts how each of us can help:
1) Have RNA lab skills? Offer volunteering at local COVID testing centers!
2) No lab skills? Offer help at citizen volunteer groups (e.g. https://t.co/O3SlKaxdhi)
3) In charge of seminars, conferences, etc? Do not cancel, make them virtual!
