@jeffwardshow I like how dear leader started talking about it by saying how he knows so much about sports then goes on to say before this he didn’t know what the hell a red card was. He needs to go out for soup with Jerry.

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow I have no issue with Abigail, Jim Jordan wished the hockey team good luck in the World Cup.

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow I don’t know that I would be upset if they included “Yours Truly” but if it were my decision I wouldn’t. I looked it up and Temple rescinded Cosby’s honorary degree but he is still in the Temple sports hall of fame.

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow you are spot on about the big 12. I think a large number thought they were dead when UT and OU left and they have thrived at the next tier. This would have been another dagger and they handled it perfectly.

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow they need to work on the broadcast for the World Cup. Soccer doesn’t stop and there was one point where there was action on the field and the announcers were talking about it but on TV we saw the back of Paris Hilton.

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow to add to your stats the Spurs led 72% of the time in the Finals. I put much more blame on coaching than players. I think it was combination of youth and coaching and firmly believe OKC beats the Knicks in the finals.

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow this is all for Sorsby? Do we know if he is any good? I am thinking he may be the Kirk Cousins of the NCAA.

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow as a Tech graduate it was already difficult to root for them but could rationalize it as everybody was doing it. Now they are in uncharted waters and the ick factor is intolerable. I started at SWT so will join @EdClements590 in rooting for the bobcats.

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow if I am kicked out of university for cheating can I claim a cheating addiction, seek treatment, and get back in?

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow didn’t the cowboys draft Steve Walsh in the supplemental draft after drafting Troy Aikman? Seems in the Cowboys wheelhouse to go after Sorsby.

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow buy or sell: the Garrett trade is horrible news for whoever becomes the top QB prospect in next years draft.

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow he said they bought virtually every combination, how long did it take to find the winning ticket.

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow great clip from between two ferns “When you and Woody Harrelson are acting in a scene together, are you sad that somewhere there’s a sack not being hackied?” https://t.co/fAzrqnMpuw

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow I think even Wemby gets suspended 1 game in the regular season but not game 5 of a tied series, no way.

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

Great episode of name that today, Roger is good. Let @EdClements590 create one for @jeffwardshow . The answers will be things like Bobby Layne, Bing Crosby, On the Waterfront. It will be a real history lesson and radio gold.

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

I don’t understand why @jeffwardshow doesn’t normally take calls, that went so smooth. Glad to see the callers from the previous show stick around for Jeff’s show.

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow Buy or Sell: Wemby will follow in the footsteps of recent Spurs bigs, Robinson and Duncan, and stay in San Antonio for his entire career.

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow I hope none of the people wanting Sergio Garcia banned ever see McEnroe’s outburst at Wimbledon. They cannot be serious.

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow I know you say transgender athletes is a non issue but what about transgender athletes that identify as cats and use a litter box?

[Jonathan Armstrong @armstrdj]

@jeffwardshow what is Von Miller doing playing flag football? Maybe you didn’t know but he counts 5 Mississippi faster than anybody around.
