@karimbrohi Totally agree. Similar to the *action* that was required to set up National Major Trauma Networks in 2012. We must do better to reduce violence and save lives utilising all our resources in a joined up way, rather than a post code lottery.

A very successful TILS session so far today. A great variety of candidates with adult and paediatric backgrounds. Informative lectures and skills stations on CABCDE, stabbings, blast injuries, burns and long term hard collar placement.

1 year old male brought in by mum into triage. Was found at the bottom of the stairs crying with a painful L leg. On arrival patient is crying with an obviously deformed L femur. You are in triage.
