.@RFAMountsBay is working with @DFID_UK to deliver aid to the Bahamas.

The ship's crew and a @RoyalNavy Wildcat helicopter have provided:

➡️Emergency shelter + hygiene kits for hundreds of people
➡️Over 8,000 bottles of water
➡️Over 1,400 man days of food

17 Regiment Soldiers aboard @RFAMountsBay have been prepping food and water for transport ashore to Abaco Island in the Bahamas. Keep up the good work team.

MEXE ops conducted today at Marsh Harbour on Abaco Island. Our soldiers delivered food, water, shelter kits and hygiene packs to via MEXE. The guys are working extremely hard.

Ex SEAHORSE COASTAL LONG PASSAGE will be A 970 nautical miles journey around the west coast of the UK via the Irish Sea then back to Marchwood.
