ICE break window to enter U.S. citizen's house without warrant—violently tackle man for filming them.

Agents turn to leave and close front door—suddenly barge back in to physically assault homeowner.

"They're inside my house with no warrant—I'm a U.S. citizen!" she tells 911 operator. "He's not an immigrant!"

The adults in the family—who were trying to protect the young children also present in the home—did manage to chase the 2 ICE agents away before they were able detain anyone.

The incident occurred in San Antonio, Texas.

I think it’s important to point out: ICE does NOT have the same authority as a police officer. They do NOT have the power to enforce laws, only to engage in their specific tasks.

IE: they don’t do traffic, etc. impeding traffic is not a penalty ICE can enforce against

Reminder: ICE has ZERO jurisdiction to stop or arrest people for traffic violations or disorderly conduct. They have no authority to stop you from recording them. They’re not cops. They’re immigration agents. They can’t execute a woman because they think she’s a “fucking bitch.”
